 All estates are diverse

·    Size and use

·    Number of boilers

·    Energy consumption varies site by site - volume and cost

·    Building micro-climate i.e. positioned in a sunny spot or frost hollow

·    M2G will deliver a range of savings on an individual site by site level

·    As an estate the savings and payback will be significant

·    M2G typically reduced energy consumption by between 10% and 25%. Across an entire estates average savings are typically 12% to 15%.

The heating demand on a building is constantly changing. Therefore the performance of any energy efficiency measure installed will vary. Additional variables can impact the energy consumption and the savings delivered by M2G. For example, weather, equipment, occupancy and increased energy efficiency measures (insulation, double glazing etc.)
